  5.                           What is FLOPYCAT ?

  9.      FLOPYCAT is a SHAREWARE utility program which provides an
  10.       easy way to catalog information about all the files you
  11.       have stored on floppy disks.  
  12.  
  13.      An optional description can be entered in the catalog
  14.       for each file, which will help you to recall the contents
  15.       or purpose of each file.  
  16.  
  17.      The following information is stored in the FLOPYCAT
  18.       catalog for each floppy disk file.  
  19.         o Name of the File  
  20.         o Volume label of the floppy disk the file is stored on  
  21.         o Directory on the disk the file is found in  
  22.         o Size of the file  
  23.         o Date and time the file was created  
  24.         o Optional description of the file (up to 75 characters)

  26.      Once information is stored in the catalog, it can be used to
  27.       quickly find out which floppy disk contains a file that you
  28.       are looking for. No floppy disks need to be mounted for
  29.       this to work.

  31.     Contents of the FLOPYCAT catalogue can be printed to any
  32.       Windows-defined printer.

  34.      Floppy disks of either size (3.5" or 5.25") and of any
  35.       density are supported but EACH disk MUST HAVE AN INTERNAL
  36.       VOLUME LABEL. (You can use File Manager / disk / Label disk
  37.       to put a volume label on a disk, even if it already has
  38.       files on it)

  40.      FLOPYCAT requires that Windows 3.x, Windows 95 or Windows NT
  41.      be installed on your computer.
